How To Find Your Election Results
Election results appear for viewing and downloading once your election has closed
To find your results.
Enter your elections dashboard
Navigate to the new “result” menu option on the left.
Select the position that you wish to view results for.
Click the “View Results” option for each position available.
Your results are presented in two formats – graphical, and PDF download.
The graphical view gives you a quick look overview of the results in your elections position, along with the winner(s) displayed for a quick overview of the result.
For a more detailed report on your election, including where required, a round by round breakdown of ballots cast, any exhausted and transferred ballots, select the “download” option at the top of the results screen.
How to run a recount
There may be occasions where a candidate withdraws from an election this may happen as follows.
During a live election
Once an election has closed and the results have been counted.
In this situation you may have results at the close of your election that include the withdrawn candidate.
To remedy this situation you may do one of the following depending on the situation that is applicable to you.
Is the election live? | Action required |

Yes | You should hide the candidate from results via the candidates page - follow the directions in the support page |
No, and not launched yet | You can delete the candidate from the election before launching |
No, It has been live but has now closed | You should exclude the candidate from the counting process, return to your results page, and select recount. The result for the relevant position will be recounted, excluding any votes for your withdrawn candidate |
